As a unique faith based 501(c)(3) organization birthed from New Bethel Baptist Church, incorporated in the Fall of 2002, Restoration Community Development Corporation, Inc. (RCDC) has sought to address housing, social and economic parity issues found to be prevalent in low wealth communities within Northern Wake and Franklin counties.
